Does anyone know if this form has been updated on the Ofsted website since Nov 08. I think I may have an old copy but not sure.

Yes it has been updated Sept 2009!
The biggest change is to the wording comparing the eyfs and the childcare register.
The new one is in free downloads at the top of the forum :D
