just filling in form, looking for ideas as to what they are looking for when it says how you will plan your day

Not sure. maybe things like having enough time for each child to have individual naps, time with you for older ones to be creative (when babies are asleep?)planning around routines eg school runs.
Just explain how you will use your non minding time to prepare activities, meals etc. to ensure all children get individual attention.
I have 4 and believe me it's hard work!:)

what i did was wrote down times we do things and what we do if that makes any sense!!
07.30 child f is dropped off
0730-08.45 play time
0845-09.00 take f to pre school
09.00- 11.00 various activities with my own children
11.30 collet child a from pre school
11.50 Arrive home
11.50 - wash hands ready for lunch
12.00-12.30 Lunch time
12.40 drop my eldest daughter to pre school
1pm Arrive back home
