I did a survey for NCMA today and it asked about the whistleblowing line and I didn't have a clue. It did relate to safeguarding children I might add.

Isn't whistleblowing only for if you work with someone, you can hardly um, blow your own whistle?!

I wondered if it was for reporting (whistle blowing) on someone that was abusing someone else.

No doubt it will come out in the Who Minds

Whistle blowing also refers to reporting other childminders you see doing something against regulations or unsafe practice etc. Just had to cover that question on the nvq3.

:) :) Hi I am just in the process of putting a whistleblowing policy together with my network. As soon as this is to hand I will forward
