Hi there everyone, just need abit of clarification with regard to the emergency treatment permission.

I have my own emergency medical treatment permission form which parents have signed, however, in the NCMA medication folder there is also a page near the front that says 'parents permission for childminder to seek emergency assistance/treatment' and a space for parents to sign. Now, as I have already got my own permission form do parents ALSO have to sign the one in the folder as well?

It also says in the folder that 'you should obtain permission from both parents', is that the case, do you need both parents to sign?

I think I am getting to grips with my paperwork and then I notice something else! Thanks xx

You should try and get as many involved parents as possible to sign things...

I have no idea about the Ncma paperwork as I don't use it, but I would say so long as your own document says the same things it will be fine.

hth :D
