Variation for 4 under 5s

Hello,

I have got to fill in a variation for 4 under 5, could you please help im not sure what i should write? I have the form already???

I currently have 2 children 1 under 1who is full time and 1 rising 5 3 mornings and afternoons a week
I would like to take on a 3 year old who i will be looking after 7.30 till 9 then pick up 11.30 till 2. And her sister who is 6 from 7.30 till 9.
i have 2 children of my own a 13months and a rising 5?

What should i write in the action plan? my mind is blank.
Do i need to write anything in equipment as i wont need any.

When I apply for a variation I put the times and ages/d.o.b that everyone comes then how I am going to cope with each of the children. I write about equipment I have, risk assessments and different needs of the children. How we are going to get about. They usually give you a form to fill in too.
