OK so my 2 yr old mindee is coming 4 full days a week and her older sister whos 7 yrs is coming 4 days before and after school term time.

there mum is at Uni, and so there are only 1 or 2 weeks of the holidays that she needs me for her 7 yr old and she wanted the 2 yr old to come for just 2 days in holiday times. Should I charge a retainer for the 2 days the 2 yr old isnt coming? And should I charge a retainer for the school holidays for the weeks the 7 yr old isnt coming?

yes do charge if uni are funding some of the fee's they will pay during the school holidays :thumbsup:

i charge £30 per day for holiday care which inc all meals and outings :D

OK thanks, I have a meeting with her on Friday and want to be clear on my charges. i never really thought of what to charge for full days holiday so I will probable offer her care for the same rate as a full timer.:D
