A friend who was inspected recently was picked up on her emergency care permission form.

She had the wording to seek emergency care...

BUT she didn't also have permission to seek Emergency ADVICE.

You need to make sure your permission policy / procedure / form (whatever you use) has the wording taken from the Eyfs...

The EYFS statutory framework states that childminders must get permission from parents to seek medical advice or treatment for their child in an emergency.

Do you think they have to have a degree in nitpicking before they get the job :(
