Hi can anyone help i am a bit confused i have a child protection policy but my friend has said its suppose to include about protecting yourself as well can anyone help as to what that means please.

What would you do if a child made a complaint against you or a member of your family?
How would you react?
Who would you tell?
How would you deal with it?
Are you ready to be closed down?
Would you take the child back if it was shown that s/he had lied?
What if it's proven against you or a member of your family - what would you do then?
Not a nice subject but one that needs thinking about.

It is part of your safeguarding procedure nic, nothing to do with your insurance :)
