Changes to the Childcare Register

The Childcare Register (both parts) has been changed.

The new document... and a shorter document showing the changes are in free downloads at the top of the forum.

You will need to make alterations to your complaints procedure and complaints form to show the changes for the older age-group.

There are also a couple of other bits that are different that you need to note.

I am miffed - just as well I keep everything - my malicious complaint was 2 years ago - can you imagine if I'd shredded the paperwork related to it!!! (Which is what I felt like doing)!:angry:
