Some good sites there Angel, thanks

Joanne you could also do some baking - bread etc, or thread 5 pieces of fruit or vegetables onto skewers, make some place mats with pictures of their favourite (healthy) foods and laminate them, do a huge collage of healthy and unhealthy foods to help them learn which foods are good for them, cut out number fives and let the children stick pictures of fruit and veg on them to learn about 5-a-day.

I was thinking of doing the same and was thinking of the song 5 currant buns but trying to do it along healthy lines.

We are also going to make carrot cookies and other such nice things. We might do food diaries with the older children and give them healthy food stickers if they reach 5 a day.

Download a 5 a day chart to mark up with what they have ate to go in their folders.
