Help with Ofsted form, pretty please

Ofsted have sent me a form to complete and it asks for an action plan of taking care of the children. When they called he said it was like the variation form but that doesn't help as I have never completed one of those.

It says

Include a plan of your day and how the individual needs of each child will be met.

Please detail the equipment you have. If additional equipment is required, please state below what equipment you will provide

What do I put?

Send in a copy of you planning, weekly or monthly whichever way you do it with a list of resouces and then show how it caters for all ages of the children you care for.
