A start at last

I was registered in May and my first mindee started today. It's only 3 days a week but I've been so stressed about it all!!! Been staying awake worrying about Ofsted and if I'm doing things correctly. The child is so good he is lovely but all the paperwork I had to do has made my brain feel it cannot cope. I am still not totally sure if I've done it all as I should and if I'm recording things correctly, but if it wasn't for this forum and a mentor in my local area I'd not have known where to start. Thank you everyone.

Just take your time and get to know the child... the rest will sort itself out.

My advice is buy sarah's book on paperwork its fab..... Saved my brain :)
