HELP WITH LOGGING IN

I entered my username (gateway one) and then I forgot my password so I asked for new one which was emailed to me and I keep getting message saying "you have not entered correct details"

Anyone else having problems?

I am waiting for a call about my inspection and cant complete my SEF online whilst I keep getting these darn messages!!! Maybe I will have to print off blank copy and write it in :idea:

If you ring ofsted they will be able to help you. I had trouble logging in once and phoned them, they put me through to their tech dept and we went through it step by step while I was on the computer. Soon sorted me out and was very friendly. Was told it is a common problem and they have lots of people having trouble logging on x

Don't let it put you off filling in the form!

You can do it on your computer and upload it when the problems are sorted out. :D

I've had the same problem. Lost my password and got another sent, then when I clicked on SEF form it said I did not have access to this form!!!!!
Rang Ofsted and they said I needed to log off and then back on - typical
So I logged off and now can't sign in!!!!!!!!
