waparound care

Hi

Couild some one advise me what wraparound care is??? an are the charges differ to normal fees ??? Tried to find out but can't find anywhere to explain it clearly...

wrap around care is care at the beginning and end of the day.

I wouldn't charge more if it was before/after school/nursery but if it went into anti social hours then i charge £6 instead of £4.

Sorry Minstrel is that like before and after school care or hours outside my normal hours ie start 7.30 have child at 7am ???

I charge a higher rate before 7am and after 7pm but i dont' charge more for simply overtime hours that are still within these times.

Wraparound care is caring for the child in the hours 'wrapping around' their usual day at school or nursery iyswim

oh I get it so if I have a child in the morning then take them to nursery and pick them up at lunch and have them till end of day I can charge a full day even though I don't have them in the morning ???

Will get there in the end..

yes i would charge the full day in those circumstances :)
