Policies guidance please

Hi

I am just making sure my policies and procedures are ready while waiting for my CRB check to come back. I know this has probably been asked a hundred times before but could someone please let me know if I am along the right lines with these:
Accident & Emergency
Alcohol/medication
Behaviour
Confidentiality
Complaints
Equal Ops
Fire Safety
Food & drink
Health, safety & hygiene
Illness & infectious diseases
Uncollected child(ren)
Medicines
Missing Child
Smoking
Special Educational Needs
TV/Computer
Outings
Safeguarding Children
Working with Parents

Am I missing anything important? Is this too many? or not enough?
Also, I could do with some pointers on what to put in a SEN policy as I am a bit stuck with this one.
