6m on the Sef form....help please

I have nearly finished the Sef form after night after night of typing away. Now i am stuck.

How well do you maintain continuous improvement?

please can somebody explain this in english please as i have brain block.

This is how you keep improving... how do you do it?

Do you write things down?

Do you update your Sef regularly?

Do you do any audits to make sure you are working efficiently?

Do you buy / borrow books to update yourself?

Do you belong to forums and get help and support from other childminders?

Do you attend training?

Those sorts of things :D

How do you improve your provision - i.e. your business

continuous training - updating as theories change

provision of toys - replacement and new and inline with EYFS

Anything that is reflective and works to making your practice better

Thanks so much for your help, I just seem to be repeating myself, I have been working on the Sef for ages now, don't know if i'm doing it right, wrong, too much or not enough as I say I seem to be writing the same thing time and time again.

Yes it is very repetitive.

If you think you've already answered the question say so and refer teh reader to where teh answer is.
