Signing my first contract tomorrow!!!

Got a mum coming back tomorrow to sign the contract which starts on 10th August :D . I've got a parent pack ready which has my policies & procedures in for her to sign, do I need to photocopy these so I have a hard copy too of her signature? What does everyone else do?

congratulations on your first signing.

You keep the ones that shes signed, you can then give her a paper copy to take home, put them on disk to save paper or tell her she can come to look at your copies if she wants to in the future.

For my policies I have a separate page which lists them all, and next to each one the parent signs and dates.
