Please urgent advise, lady coming in few minutes

Hi

I have a lady that called few minutes ago and she is on her way to me. She is looking for care, Monday to Friday to pick her son up at Playgroup from 12:15 until 15:30 when she collects.

How do I charge, Do i charge the time he is at Playgroup or do i charge my part-time rate for 4 hours. Also I wouldnt be able to fill that as he will be 3 in September. And i have a 13 month old that I will have 3 morning 8-2pm. And my own 20 month old daugher and possible a 4 year old from school on Monday, Wednesdays and thursdays. that lady just left and 2nd one coming both called Louise. LOL

If you taking him to play school than i would charge if not then i would only charge from when you pick him up.
but then if she wants you to have him in the morning during the school holidays then you could charge as you will have to keep him a place for the mornings
