Hi people

what do you all do about holidays? I was going to say that i have 4 weeks holiday a year, I won't charge but what does everyone do at other times a childminder in my area still charges full pay i was going to charge half but hubby says that's cheeky and i shouldn't charge at all . I was also going to say if they don't give me 4 weeks notice I will charge full pay

I have 4 weeks plus between Christmas and new year every year. I do not charge for my holidays and I allow them 2 weeks at half fees and any more at full fees. Full fee required for any families who are on a term time only contract and take hols in school time.. This works for me

No fee for my holidays, up to 5 weeks a year, full pay for 10 public holidays though. Full fee for parents holidays outwith my holidays as I am available for work. Most parents coincide their holidays with mine and thats still no fee.

Works for me:thumbsup:
