The woman in my previous posts is ignoring my calls and emails, as well as not bringing the kids...she owes me almost 2 weeks money, so how on earth do I go about getting that back??
I'm going to send her a breach of contract letter, with 4 weeks notice added, so if she doesn't pay me do I need to seek legal advice??
It's so complicated!

Are you NCMA? Get in touch with them and they will advise you the correct way to proceed.
Generally it will be
write her a letter asking for her to contact you - terminating the contract from xx date
enclose a final invoice and a date for payment for outstanding

No I"m not NCMA unfortunately. Hope that doesn't make things difficult for me!

I think MM (I presume you are the alternative then!):) offer a similar service - get in touch with them and get some professional advice

It's time to put things in writing giving her a clear date for payment.
If she doesn't pay up then contact your insurers for advice

have written the letter today giving her 2 weeks to pay the outstanding fees and advising her that she is in breach of contract.
Hopefully it'll work and I'll get what I'm owed!

Doesn't MM help you out the same as NCMA? (I am assuming that you are with MM instead of NCMA)
