Not exactly sure what you mean but if you mean something like a unique selling point then in mine its the chance to be kids, have fun and lead activities making a positive contribution to the setting. I am here to guide the children rather than force things upon them, they all know what resources i have available but in the holidays especially, i stick a chart to the fridge door for them to write on what they would like to do whilst they are with me - great for new ideas!

I offer children a safe secure place to be, where they are listened to and respected, valued.

The children are welcomed as part of my (extended) family and treated as such.

The children have input into what goes on
Children can access most activities independently much like Penny
