hi guys ...
i have a child who i mind 9-1 holiday time only as she is at school term,
do i charge a fee for term time or not ?

No I wouldn't personally. I don't charge retainers for the time the children aren't here as I have term time only contracts and holiday only contracts and couldn't do that if I took a retainer.

I personally wouldn't. I have a few children who are only holiday or term time.

Mine are on term or school holidays contract or here all the time

I would not charge extra for time that they are not here

You can only charge a retainer if the place is available for them to use...;) personally I don't as my holiday children are over 5yrs so don't really affect my full time places.

if she is 9 then she is not within your numbers so not sure if you can cause shes not stopping anyone else from comming.
