different hours term/holiday time

I'll have this mindee for an hour after school term time & all day during the school hols, how will i put this on the contract

i would fill in term time hours then write the rest out in the additional notes section.

I put my term time hours on the contract and then in the additional section I write

"These hours are for term time only plus 8-6pm for the school holidays as per the .... council calendar (add in any extras including food and soft play).

Any Teacher Training Days will be invoiced as required.
