Hi Ladies

Can anyone tell me if you use the above form for risk assessments for outings do you need to do lots of different ones. ie. I might go to 2/3 different toddler groups, softplays, friends houses, several parks etc. etc...

So do I do a ra for everyone of those resulting in about 15 possible ra's or do you just do the one as the link above and use it for every different visit.

I'm very confused about what I should actually be doing.

thanks

I dont use that form I made my own but you need to do a different risk assessment for every outing as there are different hazards at each outing.

I have risk assessments for:-
4 different toddler groups
walk to school on foot
scootering to school
walk to nursery
getting in and out of car
local museum
2 local parks
activity session
soft play

They just get reviewed annually or if children with more specific needs come so once they are done they are done and its my RA that got me an outstanding in safeguarding along with the high vis jackets so its worth doing.
