stuck with team leader !! :(

I had mine and hubbys CRb back and things came up on my hubbys .
It went through to the team leader that asked for more details to clarify i certain few thigs on how they happened etc, we did and sent recorded delivery the next day , they recieved it and logged it over 3 weeks ago .
All my checks are done and am just waiting for the t4eam leader to say yeay or ney !!
She has had it for over 3 weeks and have been continuosly phoning and leaving messages and rang today and she has gone on hols till 16 july and no one can help me :angry:

What can i do ????

Phone them back and tell them that this is unacceptable, there should be someone available who is covering her work. I would explain that you have left several messages and have not received a reply.

How can they expect you to wait until the 16th July???

Thanks i rang today and said this is not right and they tried 3 taem leaders that said because she had started dealing with it that i would have to wait , they even asked an inspector !!!!

Was on hold for over 30 mins , just dont know how pushy to be :eek:
