Craft Ideas needed please

I help to run a Toddler Group and I need some inspiration please. We have a table that we put playdough or colouring on but would like to do something a bit more exciting. I need some ideas for things that the kids can do with minimal support as a lot of the mums just sit back and don't do anything with their children!!!! It needs to be something quite simple.

Poundland do lots of foam stickies which kids love putting on cards, got masks and loads of things from there. Magic painting goes down well. Old magazines to cut up. Chalk drawing on black paper just a couple that come to mind.
