I have had an enquiry about having a 4 year old boy and his 12 year old sister in the summer holidays, and just wondered if registration/insurance specifies what age we can mind up to.

Does anyone else mind 12 year olds or older?

Are you insured with NCMA...if so you need to look at the back of the certificate.:)

I presumed it would be 17 as thats what registration goes up to, but let me know what the certificate says. Im with NCMA too.

OK my cert says:

In addition (to what your personal reg cert says), cover is provided for children 8-15 years of age. Max numbers covered is 12.

(But TBH best to check your own, as my cert is per EYFS - I'm on maternity leave at the mo, so the wording etc may have changed to allow for the new register system).
