Lunch, snacks and drinks included
toddler and soft play outings
an ice-cream at the park or a 'sweetie' treat on the visit to the shops
baby wipes

generally I carry spares of most things but I do ask parents to provide suncream, nappy creams, calpol, specialist foods or drinks.

I supply wipes, sacks, sun cream and lunch if required once the child can eat finger foods and a full and varied diet no smaller than chopped up! I provide all snacks even if the parents provide lunch. I ask the parents to provide any evening meals as i do not want to be preparing two different meals a day, and this must be something to eat cold or be microwaveable, as I don't want to be heating a large oven for one mouthful! I provide all drinks except baby formula or bottled cows milk.

I also pay for toddler groups, craft groups and trips and outings and any treats, we make the most of cheaper outings and only request parents may want to contribute for a more expensive trip where say entrance is more than around £5 per person and we do so little of those (less than one a year) as we are very fortunate to have a very wide range of things that are free or very cheap or just involve a car park charge to do in our area.

I also do not supply nappy creams, cant stand the stuff and only use it if supplied by the parent and is absolutely vital, I don't like putting it on regardless of whether there is a sore bottom or not!

I do charge slightly more per hour and for the journey time if i am dropping off or collecting from anywhere like preschool or nursery, or home!

I am a mean old witch then I don't include anything but water

Well thats not always true, sometimes I give my 3 yr old lo lunch and don't charge.

Or I take them to the play centre and I pay .

But generally these are one offs and they should provide most things.

That said I have spare hats, crocs, sucream etc etc if they should forget

I provide snacks & drinks, lunch (once a child is old enough to eat the same as us), wipes, bibs, toddler group fee.

Parents provide nappies, creams if they want them using, sun cream, food for babies, bottles for babies.

I keep costs for trips to a minimum, but do ask for money for an ice cream or something from the gift shop (I'll buy the lunch or provide a picnic)

If I drop a child at nursery on a Monday I will pay their snack money (£5 per half term). Parents pay me while the child is at nursery, so I think it's fair that I pay the nursery money. I looks good to parents that I do it, though it's only a small amount each week & saves me providing a snack at home!
