Sent Ey2 form, what next

Hi.
Could anyone let me know what happens once you sent EY2 Form off.
Do Ofsted contact yourself and then give permission for the go ahead for the assistant to work with yourself

Hiya, i sent of the EY2 form for my hubby, the next week i got a letter saying he is suitable to work with the children then i got a phone call from them to ask if i wanted to increase my numbers or give him sole responsibility, which i wrote back by answer and thats it?? I was expecting another certificate mentioning an assisant but nothing yet - i might phone them today to query it. Also then need to tell NCMA that he is my assistant and pay the extra (was told it was about £5)
