got letter from ofsted today, my dr's surgery has only sent them my form without showing it to dr or getting her to fill it in, omg can't help thinking is this an omen of how things are going to be with my registration.

same happened to me. i went in and watched doctor fill it in in the end!!!:rolleyes:

know exactly how you feel. My midwife said she'd be one of my refrences, Only to find that she'd sent the form back uncompleted with a note saying she didn't know me well enough to answer any of the questions!!! Why offer to be my reference then!

Oh dear, but as it has already been said, welcome to the saga of registration.
My medical forms got lost by Ofsted, eventhough I knew they definitely had them, cos they were in the same envelope as my registration form.
They did find it, thank goodness, but then discovered that I hadn't dated it. :eek: .
They sent it back to me, so that I could redate it :rolleyes:
