I want to post a for sale notice for the above book but cannot access the for sale posts. Which section should I post in? Thanks.

Theres a for sale section at the bottom of the forum lists
When I try to post on here it comes up with the following message

you need to send a private message to one of the board admins and they will advertise it for you, new red members can not post their own adverts.
