Hi all,
Been dieting since 22nd April,and down stone and half now! Feeling so much better in myself, and can actually stomach looking at myself in the mirror some days!
Still 2 1/2 stone to go, but I've gone back to Tae-Kwon-Do 2 weeks ago, so am hoping that it should drop off now. I love this sport, its similar to Karate (only better!) I am 2 belts away from black belt (had time off during pregnancy and upto now - 9 months post baby).
