How do i find out about this? does it come in a pack when I reg? or fromthe ncma when i get my insurance?:)

it is a percentage of these things that you can claim against your tax depending on how many hours a week you work.

if you have ordered an ncma starter thing, it will explain it all in the accounts book

You don't get a handbook anymore. The info from that is now available on their web site.

The info on the accounts is still in the front of the accounts book.
