Risk Assesment for Sensory bottles.

I am in the process of making up some Sensory Bottles.
Do I need to have a seperate risk assesment for them (incase lids come off etc) or do they come under my general toy risk assesment?

Also can I just ask what glue you use to stick the lids down with, Super Glue, Glue Gun or other?

I used a glue gun.

I have not risk assessed them separately.

Glue the lids, check daily for holes.

I would risk assess them as part of your toys RA :D

In am in the process of risk assessing all my toys etc and have added the two i have recently re-made. These will be a general risk assessment and will be added to the long long list of toys !
