Ideas for 15mth old

Hi I am doing a transport theme this week for my older mindees, now I have a 15mth old who enjoys playing with the sand, although I have changed this to flour as she has sensitive skin :( I was wondering if anyone had any ideas for activities following her interest.

so far I have come up with putting water in & playing with boats, little people fish etc

ermmm thats about it so far... she really likes being outdoors and runs to back door as soon as she arrives I would like to do something that will involve other mindees transport theme they are 5yrs 8yrs and 10 yrs,

any ideas???
