On the netowrk standard 9 {havign good business practise} I am not sure of question 9.

If working witha partner or assistant, what additional records are kept?

couls someone who works with partner/assistant let me know thanks

In England we have to keep a record of teh name and address of anyone working on the premises - I don't know if it's different in Wales...? :D

Wouldn't you need to have applied for/seen their CRB enhanced disclosure? National insurance number for payment of tax etc?

Not sure myself as I've never had an assistant .....yet

You need to keep a sole care log, (if the assistant is registered for sole care). This details all the times when a child is in sole care and who they were with, either you or the assistant.
