Its debt collection week!

Just a quick moan but its Wednesday should have been paid Monday by two sets of parents, should have been paid this morning by another set.

I do late fee penalties but its not the point - my bank isn't so understanding :angry:

hmmm same thing here with my after schooler, should have been paid monday, not a bean no mention on collection not even ' sorry we gonna pay u....'

so last night sent out email with reminder and late fees issued

normally parent replies to every email within hour of me sending it... still no reply... so we will see what happens on collection when I pop new invoice into hand with late fees slapped on it.....

Wouldnt mind these parents have only ever been late once before I reminded them of late fees let them off that time as it was the first, but put in news letter that next time late fees would be charged etc :angry: :angry:
