How do I register with enviromental health?

You need to call your council - they'll have an environmental dept - they send you out a form and they may visit you as well.

You need to ring you local Environmental Health Dept. You will find the number in the phone book or ring your local council offices and they will put you throough.

I got intouch with my council and got all the forms, i sent them in and got a letter back saying that i dont need to register my business as i was just a childminder.

I got a form when i went to my briefing meeting - along with all the application forms and health form etc - i posted mine off last week when i started childminding

I called up this afternoon, so hopefully should be getting some application form in the post soon :)

We are sent the form out with out welcome pack and training directory.

But our local council also has the form to download on their website.
