Help Needed - Teddy Passport

Ladies I need your help, I need a printable passport for a teddy, does anybody have one or know of a site I can download one from.

I don't know if it is any use, or what you are looking for, but Build a bear workshop sell teddy passports. They're only a few pounds and look quite like a real one.

Teddy is off to the North Arabian Gulf, Bahrain, Dubai and spend some time at sea. Before flying out to Afghanistan. Then off to Norway, before joining a boat at Faslane to go "somewhere".
