Anyone out there who is undertaking, or already has a Level 4 qualification and above.
I'm doing my research project into how better training and support provision by the local authority can help childminders with provision of the EYFS enabling environment .
I'm investigating the impact of short course training knowledge, access to the knowledge and support of an degree qualified early years advisor and the benefits of higher qualification training. I've already done research with a study group of Levels 1-3 childminders but need to look at those who have gone on to Level 4.
