I posted a while ago about putting my fees up from £3.50 to £4 an hour.
Most people agreed that is was too high a rise & I should stick at £3.80 an hour which seems fair.
BUT
I'm hopefully getting 4 new after school mindees after easter who don't know my current fee so should I just start them £4 an hour inc a meal?
I think one current mindee is leaving & the other only does 6 hours a week so his fees will only go up by £3 a week which isn't too much.
Or should I just charge a set fee for afterschool, I pick up at 2.45 til 6pm.
Also 2 are siblings & mum seems to want a sibling discount like her old cm gave her, I haven't got a policy on this yet so don't know what to do.
Sorry for all the questions but I'm totally rubbish with money matters & I'm new to all this.
