I gave all my parents a form on Monday to evalate myself and my services and have just received the first one back. With much trepidation (spelling) I have just read and and it was lovely and brought tears to my eyes. So whatever policies, procedures, planning and other mounds of paperwork we have to do, it is nice to know we are doing it right for those that really matter - the children and their parents.

It has put me in such a lovely mood for the rest of the day.:jump for joy:
