After finally completing all of my annual, monthly and weekly planning sheets, I have come to a standstill when it comes to the individual child's planning sheets.
Does anyone have one I can have a nosey at to get some ideas please?

these are free to use and adaptable to suit your needs, scroll down to the weekly individual planning but check out the others too as you might prefer a different template.

Hi yes I have some lovely ones :) i do them weekly for all my children.

Weekly planning for each child... keep it simple.
- box for things the child enjoyed last week;
- box for things parents tell you the child likes doing at home;
- box for things the child has done new this week;
- box for ideas for next steps.
As you go along pop in links to the Eyfs to demonstrate your understanding. :D
