I need to describe how a practitioner can work with other professionals- now i know cildminders can work together and if child goes to another setting then a daily diary can be shared between the two settings-
How can i put this into words for my essay??

Hi I have completed DHC and have got straight A's. If ever you need help please contact me. In answer to your question. You can work with development workers, health visitors, teachers, speech therapists etc. Then say how you will be professional, maintain confidentiality, not use jargon etc
