What folders do you all have?

And what info do you keep locked away?

keep all child record forms locked away, anything which could be classed as confidential information. Keep them in a lockable box file. Hope this helps!:laughing:

Everything is kept in a lockable filing cabinet in the cupboard under the stairs. Out of sight out of mind - or at least thats the theory:D

My portfolio (all about me and course certificates)
A reflective Diary
Training folder (courses ive been on and ones coming up)
EYFS stuff
Accounts
Training course notes
confidential stuff (contracts reg forms etc behind a divider for each child)
Planning
Outdoor Provision (I have seperate long,medium,short term plans for outdoors)
Multicultural Info and planning (lots of sarahs books in here)
Themes / Topics
Inclusion stuff
Risk Assessments
Welfare requirements / policies & procedures
An Archive file (for registers / menus / temp records)
Ofsted folder (all ofsted letters and any variations ive requested
Master copy file (copies of all the forms I use)
Accidents / incident / medication /concerns
Kitchen Diary - food standards info, and recipes
The EYFS pack
NVQ stuff
EYFS Practice stuff

Thats pretty much it but also have clipboards for logging menu, register, this weeks planning and food & fridge temps.
