Does anyone use a baby record sheet?

I am trying to createone ready for wednesday (pre-rg) as I want all my paperwork done before.

What exactly is on yours and how have you laid it out. I dont want to use a seperate sheet for each day ... Too much printing.

Any help will be greatly appriciated as totally stuck on this lol

is it a shhet to show your checking the baby???
or how you intend to check it???

i'm having another dim day :blush:

lmao ... It is a sheet that you record on to say you have physically gone to the child and checked them. Would need to have times but not sure on layou etc ...

I really hope someone comes along to help soon .... :D lol

i used a printed one for each day /week.
when i had my ofsted the inspector said it wasnt needed and i could just use a wipe clean board and clear it at the end of the day so this is what i use now

Mine is very simple (just like me!)

I just have columns with date and the time I checked the sleeping child. I try to check every 15 minutes.

I have kept all of me - thought it would be evidence for OFSTED that I do them every day! In reality it's just adding to my paperwork mountain!!
