Has anybody got any idea where I can obtain a copy of the old National Standards?
Threw mine out only a couple of weeks ago but now found I need it for some coursework.
Thanks

I have 3 booklets:

Childminding: Guidance to the National Standards - Sept 2001
Day care and childmidning: guidance to the national standards - Sept 2005
National standards for Under 8's day care and childminding Addendum - Oct 2005

Is there anything in here that I can scan and email to you?

Thanks but I'm after the whole lot. I've looked on Ofsted's site but I find that a difficult site to browse around. I'll check out Surestart.

Thanks again for your help. Much appreciated.

References from the ones I have

Ofsted HMI2573 and HMI 286

Surestart came from DWP ISBN 1-844783999

Hope you can still get them.

Alternatively, why not ask your DO as I am sure the networks will have some floating about.

Are the outline of all the National Standards not attached to your last pre EYFS Ofsted Report?

I must say I only had the books that Debbie has listed anyway they were sent to all over us.

Ah - thank you for looking. Have just tried those Ofsted numbers and not recognised. Did look at the Surestart site and think I've found them. Different book to what I used to use so assuming they are one of the same.
You are a star for trying to help.
At 30 pages - don't think my other half is impressed with the printing I'll be doing - lol.
