Accident book

Hi I have the MM accident/incident forms which I have put together in a folder(accident folder) Just wondering whether its best to have them all in one folder of keep individual records in childs file what do you guys do in general?

i have them all in one folder with seperators between each child for their confidentiality.
not sure if that's ok though so it will be good to hear what others do

I put mine in the child's folder. I explained to Ofsted that as I have lots of children here it would be impossible to keep a book confidential so I would rather keep them locked away.

The inspector was fine with this. :D

I keep all mine in the book and when i get too many i remove the older ones and put in individual children folders.

Yes i have the NCMA folder of blank sheets then once filled in the copy goes in the childs folder.
