I'm trying to get all my permission slips in order, so far i've got
Permission to administer 1st aid and prior permission for give medication
Permission to travel in my car
Permission for outings
Permission to take photos to share with parents and video
Permission to make observations
Permission to bathe child (if really dirty!)
Permission to cut nails
But some inspectors have mentioned that children have to have permission to nap in the house, either in a cot or on the floor in a ready bed?
Can someone give me the FULL, foolproof list?
Thank you :)

I'm not convinced about nail cutting... maybe nail art for older girls but not cutting...

It's a bit risky if you chop their finger or skin by mistake.

Where did you get the idea from?

Maybe i got it a bit mixed up. But Ofsted don't like children sleeping in pushchairs but some kids will ONLY sleep in one. Do you get the parents to sign a form to say that its OK for their child to nap in the pushchair?

Yes that's part of my permissions.

I also have a sheet that I use when parents first come, like a discussion prompt. I talk about sleeping arrangements and get parents to sign to say the above has been discussed to their satisfaction... :D

I also have outdoor play equipment (in gardens and parks)
suncream
plasters (hypoallergenic dressings)
nappy cream (for babies, supplied and labelled by parents)

I would leave nail cutting off the list - haven't heard of this before
