So do risk assessments have to be graded for ofsted? low/medium/high risk. I haven't done it and want to know if its a requirement before I re-print everything as my printer is complaining today.

If you read the EYFS risk assessments are a requirement but the eyfs does not use the word 'written' anywhere!!

Clearly you are not going to get a good inspection result without them, but how you set them out is down to personal choice.

Unfortunately each inspector will have their own perceptions of what they want to see.

Mine mostly say whether things are a low, medium or high risk. :D

Thanks Sarah. I will leave it on my to do list for now then as my printer has been going since 9am and is feeling the strain. Then I'm going to have to collate it all and bind it etc etc.
